Please note the office is shut for the Christmas Break from 19th December at 1pm until 8.30am on the 6th January 2020. No orders will be processed in this time, and any orders placed during this time will be processed when the office re-opens.
Minimum order of £50
Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to a minimum spend of £50.
Order via the www.justlittlechanges.com website.
Opening orders must pay proforma. Subsequent orders are subject to 21 day payment terms.
Late payments are subject to a 5% late fee for every 14 days past due.
Payment can be made via Paypal, BACS or Cheque. Please pay via BACs for orders over £400.
Opening orders will not be released until payment has cleared.
Although we will aim to ship your order as early as we can, please allow 2-4 weeks for orders to arrive, depending on stock levels.
If we have lower stock than your order, we will let you know and will amend your order, or send
the stock to you when it arrives.
Some of our products are handmade, so each product may vary slightly.
All prices are in GBP and inclusive of VAT.
Cost of postal insurance is included in shipping costs.
Just Little Changes reserves the right to alter prices without notification unless an invoice has already been sent.
Defective or Damaged Products and Returns
Returns are only accepted when notified within 5 days of receipt of shipment. Please inspect goods when they arrive.
Returned products will be replaced with new products.
Products may not be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective.
Returned products will not be accepted if they have been held for more than 14 days after receipt.
Do not sign for parcels if the parcel has been damaged in transit. We cannot refund stock which has been damaged by the courier, once it has been signed for.
Just Little Changes Products cannot be repackaged or modified for distribution or resale, however products can be combined for gift-sets, etc. They must be sold in original Just Little Changes packaging.
